When God desires to accomplish something great, He calls and equips a leader for His purpose. There is a great need for believers to recognize the call to lead, to heed that call, and to be prepared to step forward. It is out of this desire to equip and prepare leaders for spiritual leadership that the Impact ministry was born in 2015. With its roots in a local church in Irvine, California, Impact Spiritual Leadership desires to make its timeless, biblical teachings available to all who have heard and are heeding a call to serve Jesus Christ and His people.

As a leader for Christ, we find the leadership principles of Jesus contrast against today's worldly leadership principles. In his book, Spiritual Leadership, J. Oswald Sanders said, "True greatness, true leadership, is found in giving yourself in service to others, not in coaxing or inducing others to serve you."

To be a leader for Christ is to become a Servant-Leader. Understanding that concept is fundamental to your development and is the foundation for Impact. 

The vision for Impact is to raise up and equip spiritual leaders who will *inspire others to follow Jesus* and impact the world for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
